I make brands worth talking about — and I run it, not just plan it. One person, video-first, human on camera, AI behind it.
For brands and firms with something worth taking seriously and a feed that doesn't show it. Entertainment, venues and artists. Law, property, aviation, finance, private healthcare.
The investment
Marketing is the first line most businesses trim, and you can tell instantly which accounts were made by someone who cared and which were made to tick a box.
So the first thing I'll ask isn't what you want made. It's how much you're willing to invest in being seen the way you deserve to be.
Tell me that honestly and I'll build the best possible thing inside it — or say straight out that I'm not the right spend yet.
Scripted, lit, graded, scored. The care a film gets, on a business nobody has shot like it mattered.
Not an account manager cycling through twelve brands. One person with actual opinions about yours.
Anyone can be visible. Being remembered is the expensive part, and the only part that turns into work.
What I do
Every business has one. Usually it's buried under "we're passionate about quality". I dig it out and point a camera at it.
Filmed, scripted, graded, sound-designed. Built so a stranger stops — not so a competitor nods.
Scheduling, posting, paid social, the monthly report. You approve, I handle the rest.
The machines do the grunt work so more of your money buys craft instead of admin. Never a robot voice, never a fake face.
The good bit already exists in your business. It's just quiet, internal, and not optimised for a stranger's thumb. My job is to make it easy to fall in love with — and impossible to scroll past.
Human first
Feeds are filling up with content nobody made and nobody meant. A real person saying something they actually believe stands out further every month — so the human part gets my whole week, and the machine gets the admin.
"AI helps me make the video. It never invents a person or a place. If someone is on screen, they were there."
The proof
Random antique drops turned into a proper running business — history cutting clean through a modern feed.
A joiner reframed as the space architect — the mind behind the room, not just the build.
A team opening young minds — a safe space for the conversations that matter most, finally shown as it feels in the room.
A wellness practice in Great Bardfield, given its first proper home online.
What clients say
"Everything she produced felt cinematic, intentional, and completely tailored to me. She made me feel confident and excited about my business again."
"Cadia has been exceptional for my business over the last few years. Reliable, professional, and fantastic value."
"There was so much I didn't know, and Cadia guided me through all of it — she set me on my journey with my new business."
How it starts
Not a discovery call. I film a short video about your actual account and send it over. One strength, one leak, one fix. If you take the fix and never speak to me again, that's a fair trade.
A minute of video about your feed specifically — no template, no deck, nothing to book first.
Coffee's on me. I ask what your budget is before I quote anything, and I'll tell you honestly if I'm the wrong spend.
Three months minimum so there's time to see it work, then rolling. A partner in your corner, not a supplier on a list.

About me
I'm Cadia, and Cadia Catalyst is me — one person, a lot of opinions about why most marketing is boring, and two dogs who feature more than they should.
The short version: a marketing degree, then in-house marketing for an AI drug-discovery company in New York — hard science, nothing simple to explain. Then a café. Then my own coffee truck, which is where I learned the part no course teaches: what actually makes someone come back. Not the offer. Whether they felt like a person.
Think about the last piece of cinema that got you. You didn't remember the plot, you remembered being understood by it. That's the whole mechanism, and it's why I shoot business video like it's film — proper light, proper sound, a real person saying a true thing.
Most business video settles for being informative. Informative doesn't move anybody.
Two dogs, Captain and Marvel, non-negotiable members of the studio — and the reason I started The Good Dog Treat Box, my project to make adoption easier. The best brands are the ones you'd build even if nobody paid you.
I don't cold-pitch, ever. So this is the only nudge you'll get — and the teardown costs you nothing but an account name.
